StudentCity
StudentCity Leiderdorp consists of 206 individual student residences. Each residence has its own bathroom and kitchen with built-in appliances. All studios are upholstered and have a luxurious finish. The building is sustainable in which all studios have energy label A.
Different studio types
You can choose from different studio types which differ in terms of size and sun orientation. The studios vary in size from 18 up to 49 m2 and have beautiful, large windows. Whatever size you prefer, you can always enjoy the luxury and comfort which the renovated building has to offer. The different types all have private luxurious kitchen and bathroom.
StudentCity has everything in-house
Our studios are compact and affordable. But there are times when you need a little more space. For example, if you want to cook and eat with your friends or neighbours. This is possible in the shared living room or the adjacent kitchen. If you want to study quietly at a large desk, you can do so in the homely study room. The building has a communal laundry room with Miele equipment. You can enjoy the sun on the large roof terrace, especially for residents. And you can park your bike safely and dry in the bicycle shed under the building.
Perfect location
StudentCity Leiderdorp is located directly next to the Winkelhof shopping center. A perfect location because from here you cycle to the lively city center of Leiden or Leiden Central station in only fifteen minutes. You can also take the bus which stops in front of the door. You can easily do your grocery shopping in the Winkelhof shopping center and you can find peace and quiet in ‘De Houtkamp’ park which is just across the street. Feel like doing sports? The gym is only a 2-minute walk away! And last but not least, StudentCity Leiderdorp is located close to the highway A4 which takes you to The Hague or Schiphol by car.
